Huntington Food Drive Drop-Off Location

It is the time of year to focus on what to be thankful for. We have much to be grateful for here at Logic Web Media, but we know that isn’t the case for everyone. So many families on Long Island need assistance, especially during the holidays. Our staff feels that it is necessary to help people in any way that we can. This year, we are proud to be a part of Long Island Cares Food Drive through the Harry Chapin Food Bank.

The Logic Web Media team is happy to be working with an organization like Long Island Cares. By collecting food, we feel that we play a role in their vision to end Long Island hunger. If you have any questions about how you can help, feel free to contact us anytime.

How Can You Help?

There are many ways to be of service to families that need assistance. The most convenient way to help is by participating in the Long Island Cares Food Drive. Through December 28th, you can simply stop by Logic Web Media and provide to a family that is less fortunate. We are collecting any non-perishable foods, canned proteins, baby food, diapers, and personal care items right here in our office. We are here Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and located at 710 E. Jericho Turnpike, Huntington Station, NY 11746.

About Long Island Cares

The late Grammy winning songwriter and social activist Harry Chapin founded the food bank in 1980, making it the first on Long Island. The organization quickly spread and became Long Island Cares, offering not only food drives but programs of self sufficiency such as job training, veterans’ services, and mobile outreach. LIC is one of the east coast’s most comprehensive hunger assistance programs and serves thousands of families in need each year.
